- Focus on looking for and developing projects that have the potential to become future mines

- CEO’s past experience in South America (was senior VP of Corriente Resources - led the first large scale mining project in Ecuador to construction)

- The Mocoa Project in Columbia (major support from local communities and the government)

- LBC’s portfolio in BC (earliest stage projects, however in incredible districts)
