26M on existing 168M is a 15%, however the 2 cent bought share offering is on hold for 4 months thus not affecting the price till then. The Mocoa deposit is worth Billions and not factored in the price to daite. Awaiting permits to begin ready underground mine to proceed. Up 60% today to 4 cents. Where do you think the price will go. yeah it is all about permit...a gamble Belosun(bsx)is still waiting for a permit....with huge gold deposit both stocks are trading close to $0.05 for a reason obain a permit is a long process and there is no assurance on it. just gamble the money you dont need for the next 2 years....
