My ISM Puppets, I Must Ask...

Victor2009, Nickel77 and Surething1111:

My puppets, I have put this question to you repeatedly on the ISM BB but none of you want to answer it.  I can only assume that it is because I asked it on the ISM BB.  Given that you all are LBE shareholders, and not ISM shareholders, diligently following ISM and Randy Millers every move I would think that you may have some opinion on LBE and where it is going?  Again, I ask the question, how do you boys now feel about your LBE investment?  Yes, we have all heard the rhetoric, the share predictions (and what a laugh!), the "mid-tier nickel producer" LBE (again, what a laugh), and the rest of the BS from the blind LBE "bagholders".  So boys, given that JJ has indicated, and it is evident to everyone but LBE "bagholders", that more substantial resources and reserves have to be secured -- where is the money going to come from given this debt ridden pig that JJ keeps at arms length and bleeds at a rate of $4,000,000 in interest.  Well, my speculation, that has been on the money so far, is that JJ will use Hart futures only to the point that they don't compromise their own credit risk to LBE.  So boys, if they are unsuccessful in locating these resources/reserves, LBE would be worthless as all of the future return of Hart would have been expended in exploration, and the debt incurred (with interest), for those activities.  Just the next chapter in a sad story.  The minority LBE shareholder has no position to obstruct JJ's activities as JJ holds the majority interest in LBE to allow these activities.  Sucks to be a JJ minority shareholder -- even a Christmas miracle can't save the minority LBE shareholder!

Victor2009, Nickel77 & Surething1111,ExSudburyGuy2 was absolutely correct in his statement:"I guess we won't be seeing Victor, Nickel and the rest here anymore."With all of the BS that these idiots have spewed over the past year, and they won't even acknowledge their view on LBE given the recent turn of events with the departure of Dr. Gary Nash.  One can only conclude ...more

doingthejob aka aatozz,You say ExSudburyGuy2 was correct in saying Victor, Nickel and the rest won't be on this forum anymore. I don't know how you come to that conclusion, it's as unfounded as most of your drivel. Both Nickel77 and I have participated on the forum since ExSudburyGuy2 made his guess that proved erroneous. Unlike you, we have the strength of our convictions and are ...more

Hey Victor; Nice to see you're still hanging around.. what with the stock now at 11 cents? Wow. I haven't visited much, since I've lost almost all interest in this now. Just checking in once in a blue moon to see if the company's still alive. As far as Chinese lack of interest in profit, check out this story: https://www.onlinescience.info/?p=71 It's an example -- and ...more

ExSudburyGuy,I'm still hanging around, and I still feel the company has potential.I find your presentation of your case for stating that Chinese based companies listed on the Hong Kong having a lack of interest in profit, very interesting. In your previous post you gave two reasons why Jilin Jien didn't care if LBE was profitable. One was:  "Liberty has been paying much of ...more

Hey Vic, and others:I was a Gary supporter through and through, and I have to admit that I am nervous about the Chinese having majority interest, although Gary didn't seem to have any choice but to bring them in.Why am I nervous? Because, and was thinking this only last night, I don't feel there is anything stopping the Chinese from pricing the product cheaply for themselves, even to the ...more

rastaman1,Like you, I am a supporter of Gary. There is absolutely no doubt that Gary had no choice but to accept the Jilin Jien bailout - the other option was insolvency.  The deal negotiated by Jilin Jien was not unreasonable under the circumstances, and was more beneficial than any other company offered - which is a test of its fairness. There are risks and realities involved for ...more

Thanks for your assurance, Vic. Nevertheless, I remain very uneasy without Gary at the helm.Any truth to the rumour that a new CEO was hired? When can we expect to see annual financial statements?Thanks.-- R.

rastaman1,I fully understand your uneasiness with Gary not being involved. Many that were never invested in LBE, or had not communicated with Gary and got an understanding of his integrity and dedication to the company and its shareholders, do not understand what we are talking about. I guess what we have to realize is that we are now invested in a company that is more close to the norm - as far ...more
