The only bad news I noticed in the last two LBE newsreleases was the pure fact that your wait for LBE to go under just isn’t goingto happen anytime too soon. This bad news can only affect your investment inISM further, as now ISM will have to scramble once again to figure out whatthey are going to do about the Micon Recommendationson their NI 43-101 Langmuir Resource Report, as they were all based on ISM having to build its own on site Mill to handleits Resources.  I think that evenyou would have to agree with me that h-ll would freeze over long before any ofus would see that became a reality.

With a management team in ISM that has taken over 6 years totry and figure out how to apply for a simple dewatering permit, along with anever so fast depleting kitty, time is quickly running out for ISM’soptions.  There has only been one winnerin ISM, and I am sure you and the rest of the ISM shareholders know who that is!

As for the LBE News Releases:

1) Continued financial support from JJ  As a result of therestructuring transactions, the corporation's debt obligations are more closelyaligned with the timeline for the development of its assets”

2) an update from the new CEO as to where LBE is at:  Chris Stewart, presidentand chief executive officer of Liberty, commented: "Since starting withLiberty on May 14 of this year, the majority of my time has been spent inTimmins working with our management team to review our current situation inorder to develop a strategy for moving Liberty back into production as quicklyas possible. At the same time, ongoing efforts are also being made to addresources to the company through exploration of our own properties as well aspotential acquisitions or other opportunities as we look to grow Liberty beyond the Timminscamp”.

In my opinion, the latest news releases look as positive as can beexpected at this time check.
