Lattice Biologics Ltd. (TSX-V: LBL) (OTCBB: LBLTF) (“Lattice Biologics” or the “Company”) announces that Mr. Donald McInnes has resigned as a director of the Company, effective immediately, so that he can focus his efforts on other professional commitments.

Guy Cook, CEO of the Company, commented: “On behalf of everyone at Lattice, we would like to thank Donald for his contributions. Mr. McInnes has been a valued director since the inception of the public Company in 2016.”

I could never figure out why he was a board member anyway. We never heard his name once in the years he was a member. His expertise and successes are in clean energy. Nothing to do with the medical field........MW

I sold off some of my LBL holdings ( 200,000 shares ) back in January, going to cash.  All because of what trying times COVID-19 has put on most companies globally. Guy and LBL are no exeption. Not hard to figure out that LBL is/has been going through very tough times because of it. No doubt in my mind that LBL will recover, but, it's going to take at least a few more quarters. I still ...more
