1) They have no money for the purchase
2) They haven't developed any products
3) They have no customers to sell the products to
4) They haven't hired any canabis expertice
5) Etc etc etc

A fluff news release for the pumpers.  Guy is leading everyone down the garden path.

The company has a $5m market cap.  Of course it's huge news as the ground work is being laid.  Once all that is in place this will be a $200m market cap based on the other psychedelic and cannabis.  So ya it going up 400x it is huge news!! Aa they add to their team is will grow fast.  Also keep in mind they are using they stem cell technology with psychedelics.

Maybe your web browser is broken?  I found this company in Kalispell MT.  Maybe you are on the wrong board b/c I have not seen anything about 'minning'.  What is that anyway?
