Dahlstrom
The Dahlstrom lease, a single well property, provides a sustainable quantity of natural gas, as well as holding the Master Meter, tying surrounding wells to our lease and giving potential future revenue from any additional wells drilled or re-entered in the surrounding area. There is also potential for the site to be re-entered for workover operations with a view to increasing production.

Ratcliffe
Ratliff, currently houses four wells which are primed for re-development; three of these are expected to be viable for oil and gas, with the fourth also permitted to be a saltwater disposal facility. All four wells are expected to begin production following redevelopment work including tube-testing, sand-lock and additional perforation work.

Lockhart Northeast Project
The final property, the Lockhart Northeast Project in Caldwell County, houses two leases. Consisting of three land tracts containing seven wells (five re-entry wells and two shut-in wells), the site is spread over approximately 803 acres – enough space to house a potential further 282 new wells.

Property in Bulgaria:Deventci-R1, A-Lovech BlockBased within the A-Lovech exploration block which covers 1,830 square miles (or 1,171,200 acres) of the East European country, the property contains the deepest well drilled. With bottom-hole pressure of around 11,500psi, this is the highest pressured gas reservoir to be identified in Bulgaria. in Bulgaria for the past 30 years.
