Spanish skills?

Greetings to all longs. It's almost hilarious. against all odds (seeing the line of previous owners) we are part of such a great and rare project being developed so far. And finally the share price struggles with political instability. What are your opinions about the effect of recent political turmoil on possible take-over sp?

Maybe somebody can summarize the source below? With minor spanish skills it reads at least positive.

Ross B and a few Lumina Copper directors had a meeting with the Governor of the state where Taca Taca is situated.  Pro-active meeting with presentation of figures.  No specified info on Governors stance in the light of what was announced last week in Repsol case and what this means for other international companies.
