Argentina

So,so ... is the SP-drop related to the econmic situation in Argentina and Argentina's government behaviour towards the mining sector ? And has it nothing to do with LCC as such ?

No insider buys at these levels are frightening. You would think Ross would be contacting the institutions and picking up their shares.

Have we seen moves in other companies that own mines in Argentina this past week?  If so, what companies.  This move is just clearly a fund liquidating its postiion.  Hope the situation in Argentina works itself out, but I have a feeling it may take awhile, like a year

fact is also that you actually need to concider that a possible buyer wil only be able to start deploying the mine within a couple of years. So, commodities are low now + the political situation is bad in Argentina at the moment but that alone will not determine the price. Prices of copper (and other metals) will go up as the economie improves (slowly but it improves) and the current goverment of ...more
