I read from sedar on August, 14, 2012 that with regards to Thal Poonian & associates leaving that .."Mr. Bobowski wishes to assure the shareholders of LC that the Company will continue to move forward with its business initiatives under his leadership. The reorganization of the Company through the proposed name change and share consolidation will not be affected by this change in leadership."
Basic questions - is the company idle or is it dead? Are we waiting for the return of Thal Poonian? Are the properties sold? What if anything is being done by the new CEO?
I see from later reports from sedar that it looks like Marquest still holds on to many shares of Logan. Maybe they might have some ideas?
