Consolidations

Does anyone see this company consolidating shares so that each person in the end will have less shares?

No I don't think there are any plans to consolidate the shares of Logan Copper. The best way to put it would be like this.....would you want a whole apple or do you want 50 small  cut up pieces of the same apple?

sorry, I don't understand. I'm stilll pretty new to this. If a person owns 40,000 shares, what happens to it after a roll back?

I meant a consolidation... to be more specific...   It's just a possibility... they need to do a financing at over 0,05$... they need 1,6 million $ as stated by the company... so not a secret... at 0,05$ it's 32 million shares... that's a heck of shares and would dilute LC a lot... so I speculate that they will do it but higher... but what if they can't bring it higher because ...more

it depends what the consolidation ratio is... if it's a 1 for 5... would give you 8 000 shares... at 0,10$ let's say   (now at 0,02$ X 5 = 10 cents...) you are still worth 8 000$... but what I don't like about this... still a possibility that it goes back to 0,02 eventually!    Go look at T.BLU, they've done one a week ago... or 2!  take a look at the SP... it ...more

I was going to buy some shares but now i'm a little scared off from the consolidation thoughts.

I'm only speculating... note that another guy posted consolidation was out of the question... maybe he knows more then me... I have zip info about the company... just a regular investor!   So don't make your decision based on what I said... but always good to see all the posibilities when you make your decision!

... a little scared off from the consolidation thoughts. It takes a AGM and majority vote before a pub co can consolidate it shares.   ( other terms for consolidate shares are; roll back it shares, reverse split the shares)   IMHO LC.V won't be doing any consolidating of shares in the short/medium term.
