It was dead $$$ here...to make any decent coin on a penny stock you have to have a sizeable position, but if it doesn't work out it can take a while to unload it.  I came across something a long time ago that I kept under my hat......if you want me to share I will, just ask.  If you'd rather I wait....no problem, just let me know but its factual.

When Gane first came on board I came across this SEC article....I held on despite this bit of DD, because I figured maybe LMD would see some similar activity....and it looks like that have, what with Hodge's outfit hyping LMD and the IR firm they hired, it was the same one KLH used, and it was a big Outsider Club pump as well....but my guess is, if I found this others probably have as well

This might explain the lack of interest......outsiderclub everyone knows about, then there's a seekingalpha writer touting a possible buyout/,merger....then add in all the road shows and investor dog and ponies, the advertising on stockhouse and elsewhere....but if people google the CEO and find out his history as evidenced by the SEC article.....well, that would probably keep more than a few
