Looks like I'm not the only one who's turned bearish here...

The board has gone dead, no more bullish excitement.....probably others have bailed as well, but of course will volume being as pathetic as it has been it can take a while.  Thankfully for those still looking to sell there are still the ads here on stockhouse and outsider club and probably some others still pumpng LMD or LEDIF to bring in some buyers.

Ya think maybe you're whistling past the graveyard bull?  Seems a fitting question with tomorrow being Halloween.  Did you read the SEC article?  Back in 99/00 the SEC said Gane hired a bunch of promoters to hype his company Dicom, which resulted in retail shareholders buying shares being dumped......Now some 15 years down the road we've got LED Medical having all kinds of ...more

I have read this before and he was cleared. Have you checked the history of Llamar Roberts and Practiceworks where he bought a bunch of companies and sold it for a bunch of cash... Feels more like a Practiceworks gig to me. I am Invested here and long, Wee bored and tired but all in!! Happy Halloween!

Here's the link to the decision.... https://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/lr19058.htm The promoters were fined $500 for scalping..of Gane this is what it says: Finally, the court found that, while Gane was "surely negligent" in connection with a material omission in the due diligence package, he did not act with "severe recklessness," the applicable standard for ...more

Sorry to say it bullmetal...well maybe not that sorry, but you're looking like an apologist here.  Yes, Gane was cleared....but they SEC still said he was negligent, just not severe enough in his recklessness.   Does that mean those who've turned bearish like myself, that we might regret a decision to bail out?  Maybe or maybe not....Dicom certainly got a huge pump back in ...more

I take no responsibility for his actions at all and am not apologizing for them either. I have chosen to be an investor. Quite simply, I am gonna be wrong or right. I expect it will be the latter. Being a critic is pretty easy. Also, to date the stock price suggests you are right as I am down here but the outlook can change dramatically and quickly with the right developments. I believe they are ...more

I think if they were really building a great business, that they wouldn't be so concerned with paying for promotion....and paying for that promotion with money from stocks sales via placements instead of from profitable operations.
Comment by bullmetal on Nov 03, 2015 8:49am
They are building a great business. I think the burn rate is a problem. When they buy a profitable business you have an impact on this. I expect the business we are waiting for to be acquired will reduce this and add to their improving sales/profits. Time will tell and that is why I am still invested here. One good acquisition coupled with improving sales will change this tremendously. Let's ...more

Eighteen cents broken the 0.19 support. Insiders are selling due to bearish inside knowledge. I say you all need to sell now and jump back in at 11 cents.
