Now that the 13 cents support is clearly broken, this is now the new resistance. Cut your losses and put your sell order at 13 cents while putting your buy order at 9 cents.

In fact if I had the power to sell call option for June 30 2016 expiry for this stock at 13 cents, I would sell 300k worth.
