My conclusion
This was a good move. Perhaps they could have managed through debt issues, but it was impeding their progress and slowing growth. I say well done. Stock is significantly undervalued.

it wouldn`t be such a big issue for me if there would have been some substantial growth in the last two years. But there wasn`t. It is true, the financials have improved, but there is no information available about the potential of the company.

I think the DSO trend will help them, as will new modules such as XVWeb 3D and analytics.
