Baffled

Am I missing something? $16 million of rev at 65%+ margins. This company should be worth at least $40 million. Debt easily manageable.

as said, no one knows and as long as they don't tell the story, we will be in this situation. Once a year at Bloom & Burton is just not enough... And by the way, in 2014 and 2015 they did forecasts some promotion etc... unfortunately they failed to deliver back then....

There’re only going to do something if it’s free.  They’ve got notes due in October, and every little bit helps there.  The less they spend now, the more they’ll be able to pay.   Plus, the holders of preferred’s, one of which is on BOD, is in no rush to see stock price go up.  They’re making 5%.  Price just has to get above $1.50 by Sept 2023.

I expect them to anyway raise cash until then. Don't think they will pay it out or their pocket. Another thing, for other companies it is for example worth to mention that their product received the cellerant award, xvweb also received it first time, but company is not mentioning it...

I think they mentioned the award in 2018.   They’ll probably pay down half of the $1.8 million owed.  Extend the rest for another year.  They could pay it all, but that would leave them a bit strapped. I think the cash pile will start to grow here shortly. The new IR presentation doesn’t have much new.  There is a chart which shows that virtually all the current shareholders ...more
