I too like the positivity of the release and wish that UR can get URTheDaily of the ground so that these new releases and the backlog can generate some much needed revenue and thus have more substantial increase in the SP. Where do you come up with Nov. 27?  If it's the Sabadell loan that has a another two years on the term.  If you mean payup as in make a payment then sure but that is 4M Euros and that has in the past been paid in December. If you are referring to the Urthedaily loan the date of forebearance to resolve the key man issue is Nov. 23 and there is nothing to pay because the loan hasn'
