No News is Good News....

So now I will put in my 2 cents for whatever it's worth.
The fact they missed the December 31 deadline and no announcement to me is actually a 
good sign.   If they were unable to obtain financing then it would have been a simple task of
making that announcement and moving on.   The fact that there was no announcement tells me they are probably deep into nagotiations and a success and positive financing can still be achieved.
Not easy to get financing these days so I'm trying to look on the bright side and keep a positive attitude.
No easy under the circumstances....but hey.....I'm still virtical so things are good!!!

Well said. Anyone that has followed the company over the last couple of years knows they usually miss every deadline, and then somehow manage to squeak it out at the last possible moment. They gots heart I tells ya! Following from what you are saying, the NR on Oct. 26 said they have until November 23 to seek a remedy. On November 23, they have new NR saying that extended until December 31st. It

This is the only news i can find, and i really dont know if its good or bad.    Urthecast delisting review extended   2019-01-08 20:33 ET - Miscellaneous   The Toronto Stock Exchange has extended its review of the eligibility Urthecast Corp.'s shares for continued listing. The company has 30 more days to regain compliance with the exchange's requirements

Doesn't mean much really.  TMX Group is not in the business of dumping listings when they don't have to as they make money on the listing fees. Even if the company was to be downgraded it just changes the reporting requirements.  As long as they pay their bills the TSX doesn't care.   GLA
