Seems to indicate that it is "Inactive" whatever it is - something to do with lobbying the government for funding? Nothing done since first half of 2018?

Well gov't drags their heels when it comes to funding or backing up funding with guarantees. These opertunities are available to all Canadian companies who apply.It might just turn out to be something good.

Ok so I searched some more and yes your right it's inactive as of Mar 16 2019 so maybe they got turned down for some sort of funding.
