It means that Urthcast bought back those shares from them at .22 which is better than selling them in the open market as it could negatively affect stock price

Which equates to $613,00.00 and 2.77 M shares reabsorbed by the company, I would like to see more of this or a least some more buy backs at these prices. So Urthecast is now saying that fair market value is .22 .23 is that pre or post sale of Demois?

Why would the insiders want to sell their shares though at that price? Seems like there is much more upside then .22 or .23
