But pls stop this rubbish, week after week, quarter after quarter, years by now, still waiting/ hoping for an impossible event. Check the figures, the value of the company, the interest rate have pay to "stay alive" and ask yourself how such a company can compete in a high level technology business. They have the cash flow a small restaurant.

This management team appears to know what's its doing. The old management shouldn't have even been in the business for all I'm concerned. The goal was to release the news as you suggested, however, these are very complicated deals and may take time for due diligence. This new management team is turning this ship in the right direction and are cleaning up old managements mistakes. I
