Financing

Does anyone know how much UR is looking / needs to raise for Urthe Daily? 

For long time shareholders, how do you think this will be raised? There's a ton of debt on the balance sheet and the share price is $.07. In order to raise new capital how does that happen without wiping out the current common shareholders as part of a recapitalization (or just through major dilution)?

Guessing you must be down 90% here. Nothing trolling about the most basic questions around a financing, which are all quite reasonable considering UR's balance sheet.

CCAA. Too bad for all the holders here, but there was no way this wouldn't be the result. Common will be wiped out as I stated (and was called a troll). They'll either sell off assets and repay debt or there will be a recap - either way toast.

It's far more common since 07/08 and especially more common in post COVID world for there to be a more lenient (aka kick the can down the road) approach once significant DIP finanicng is in place.  In this environment it will almost be impossible for a creditor to recoup at a rate greater than what they could expect to in the future.  The CCAA proceeding are usually estentially ...more
