Onxy, I did not say "less". I said "nothing". Why? The fuel in Deimos 1 must be almost finished and the fuel in Deimos 2 should not have much left. Neither of them are in their original orbits, which means less efficiency, and their sensors have lost sensitivity. There is no discussion on this: it is a matter of Physics. It is good to dream, but sometimes it is convenient to wake up.

My thoughts are your pissed they never hired you or pissed they fired you it's got to be one or the other!! Why do you only have 4 posts in total all Urthecast. Ill say it again in the grand scheme of things selling Deimos or not selling Deimos does not factor in huge, it might be a nice write down against taxes!! Further more Financing is going to happen with the help of Canadian Tax payers ...more

I say your post is BS  Deimos 1 could still have up to five years remaining and Deimos 2  has 5 years for sure maybe 7, fuel and battery life along with solar functionality vary for each spacecraft satellite depending on necessary maneuvers needed to avoid other objects in space along with EOL maneuvers. So there is imo still lots of value especially in Deimos 2 with it Resolution of .75 ...more

There you are. That is a reasoned argument! You appear to know a lot about the satellites. Do you work for the company?

No ernie I do not work for the company! I have had these discussions with this clown before back in Oct 2019 but here  he is again talkin shite about the satellites! Like I said before we keep going over the same old material there hasn't been much new to talk about lately except for the news about Canadian Government funding in the latest NR.
