Monitor report is online

There is a new monitor report online dated 9 December 20:

Summary
  • Since there were no acceptable offers for the remaining assets the  Antarctica LLC asset purchase agreeement (APA)  stalking horse bid will be definitive subject to the approval of the court. I read that there will be some likely legal opposition.
  • SAR-XL : Winning Bid CAD $1,225,000 (Note: SAR-XL was not part of Stalking horse bid)
  • I didn't see anything about shareholder equity.

Overview of Antarctica Transaction: "...Antarctica  will acquire substantially all of UrtheCast's rights, title and interests in and to all assets and undertakings relating to the earth observation business unit (known as UrtheDaily or the UrthePipeline), as well as all shares of Geosys Holding, ULC, the holding company that owns 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Geosys, and certain related wholly-owned subsidiaries in Australia, Brazil, and Switzerland. The end result of the Antarctica Transaction will be that Antarctica will own and continue to operate the earth observation business, including the Geosys group of companies...."
