How is it possible that the shareholders and the unsecured creditors get stiffed like this when all the same management are at this new corporation, doing the same project, using the same assets, with the same secured creditors. WTF! Is there no legal recourse?

Are people suing these guys? If yes, then I am definitely interested. Although in the bigger perspective of things the money I lost is not much but just based on principal itself these crooks should be made to feel atleast some pain.

If people are interested then I can take the lead and talk to some lawyers. But I don't know what exactly the legal argument is so will need to get more knowledge before that. We can all hop on a zoom call as well.

I doubt anyone taking that path. Unfortunately the crooks, started new comanies using Urthecast assets while all are getting paid highsalaries and receiving shares on the new private companies and not much can be done.  Urthecast is listed permanently closed and Earthdaily analytics kept the same incompetent executive team the drove it to bankruptcy.  Dan Osborn, Chu and Wade Larson
