Good spike with some volume ?

Why the spike ? Someone read something ? Gold nicely up last couple of days, but this stock was not moving....so why now ?

the YE finantial results are due next week, somebody must be filtering information ahead of time (positive based on volume and spike). It's the most logical explanation.

I guess we'll find out tonight if there are some substancial positive news in the finantial results or wether this last spike in price and volumes was another typical "pump and dump" action or putting it more mildly "buy on rumors, sell on news".

looks like it was a typical "buy on rumors, sell on news" reaction but it would be interesting to find out who was spreading the rumors ahead of time to figure out whether it was also a case of "pump and dump". in any case, this is typical of most mining junior companies and the only guys making any money these days are the directors and the top executives.
