Up for sale.  Probably in advanced talks with Sandstorm, which bought $30mil worth of stock last August. Good risk/reward if you believe in gold.  Bought some today at .60

Unlikely or you would have seen some speculative trading after the Halt.  More than likely just a PR move to calm the waters and try to stem the recent stock price decline.
