shares outstanding fully diluted

The Luna Gold website has not been updated to show the fully diluted shares outstanding since Dec 2014.  Any one know what this number is now ?  I think is is around 800 million

Debt payments start in 2018, and if they make those payments in shares, then they'll have about 800 million (with about 700 million held by insiders). Right now, there's less than 300 million. A significant amount of warrants are priced at 12.5 cents, so they'll likely be exercised before 2016; the remaining shares likely will never see light of day, as the miner is seemingly just ...more

One thing that did not happen in the initially proposed financing was that Sandstorm no longer demanded Luna to also raise 20 million from shareholders. That extra amount would have helped provide the funding for some but likely not all the necessary new equipment recommended in the upcoming prefeasability... By not raising the extra funds immediately, it minimized the immediate dilution, but ...more

Luna gold looks too complicated to me. What is your favorite gold mining play ? Are you familiar with Banro ? It is my favorite junior producer. Same market cap as Luna but on track for 200,000+ oz/yr this year once their second mine goes into commercial production in the next few weeks. AISC is ~ $800/oz.
