you are right. LOY is pathetic. ( one year ago, LOY created this lie -- huge potential revenue and profit from Pilot Student Housing ) Now, it reflect on LOY's stock price. Hope the market forgive, and move forward.

Shen Yun you seem to have a lot of inside on Loy but you don't share your wisdom. What do you know about student housing? To me it's a great initiative and should produce huge extra profits. Post your DD so we can understand.

stock price does not go up based on projection. it goes up based on performance. I agree that LOY got the potential. But so far, it acheives much less than its projection. stock price may go up as it shows better performance.
