These ex-employees have no idea what is happening in this company since he got a severance package, these darn bitter ex-eployees bashing here will be complaining when LOY is over a dollar ($1.00).

The clueless making up story after story really what's your real story ? tell us that much and stop the BS. gl

Stack, they get their package and leave with money and shares that cost Loyalist a lot !  Why because they are bottom feeders and could not cut the new vision they live in past so after they were fired they opened these account to only bash Loyalist .  They were bad employees and are worst bashers , lol  These ex-employee's were offered shares as low as .29 cents and they ...more

Stack, restructuring after acquisition cost Loyalist a lot of money that took away from the bottom line last year, but will save them tons ongoing. The revenues and the profit would be much higher if shown.   When you do Merger Restructuring you inherit a lot of extra top management and a lot must go, Year after year the profit and margins will be higher which lowered last years ...more
