Based on what has been posted here, it seems that this is the second BUY signal from the President's Club. Free shares from a real estate spin-off sounds like a nice bonus. I am in.

Hi wondering why would you want free shares.I went through that  with counsel corp .Let them keep the money whatever it is and buy another independent . Whatever the spin off is worth is in the valuse of phn right now and will be deducted  if the proceeds are distributed to shareholders .

so, we don't know if the spin off is a good thing. I am now even more concerned.
