It's hard to speculate as to what kind of bad news it could be. LOY has good cashflow, cash on hand, credit, growing revenue, and profits. It has recently announced that it would spinoff its housing project into a separate entity. LOY has said that it would not be diluting anytime soon because it is in a good financial situation. I agree that the stock has been trading poorly as of late ...more

I am going to go with clarification on the REIT; its recent acquisitions have not required a trading halt.
