Cool heads are needed

All acquisitions in the past have raised revenues higher and now we are talking three digits so my take is a great opportunity has come forward. Andrew is a very smart business man.

Agreed. They are obviously planning something with this cash, let's wait and see what it is before freaking out. I had the same thought as Stack, could it be for the purchase of housing?  Michael.

I highly doubt they are driving the price down for the private placement.  It is in their best interest to maximize the share price in order to limit dilution.  Especially with the CEO doing insider buys recently.  This is either to rightside their debt to equity ratios or is for another transaction.  Private placements are part of business.
