This could be about the financing, but I highly doubt it.  I think we're going to find out why that financing was done.

Agreed... it's very rare for a stock to be halted on the completion of a financing. It's much more likely that the announcement will be regarding the intended use of the funds, as per BigPapa ... GLTA
