I emailed the company last week and they emailed me back saying that next news release will be the earnings. According to the email, they have many in the pipeline but if they close a deal it wont be for another 8 weeks. The due diligence part is time consuming according to the company. I hope I am wrong but that is what I was told. There could be a letter or intent in the meantime but I am not ...more

My hope is the funds are for acquisitions or to start the spin off. It all takes money. Will we all get shares in the spin off or will we need to buy from scatch?
