Total frustration. I'm holding a small position for the real estate upside, but I'm not going to hold my breath. These guys have to stop behaving like amateurs if they want to be taken seriously. If you say your going to do something then DO IT.... UNDERPROMISE & OVERDELIVER and the market will reward you... SIMPLE 😉

I still think LOY might drop after earning release because that happened for every earning release last year. I still hope that it is different this time.
