It is so obvious that BlackMass's letter is fake.  Why would someone who is long on this security post up defamatory remarks about the CEO?  That just doesn't make sense.  Ryu has so much of his own money invested in these shares that it doesn't make sense that he would sabotage the company!  The spin off of the housing business will occur this year!  Hold on to your shares! These shares are undervalued and the share price will go higher as we get closer to the spin off date.

I guarantee you anyone who has met the "CEO" of this company and has read this letter is not remotely surprised. And yes, Andrew has quite the reputation for not paying his bills.
