The market isn't like this at all, but if in fact health issues are the only reason for this delay, then the drop in stock price is highly unjustified.  Why would there be insidering buying leading up to the end of Q1 if the results were going to be bad?  I would say this is highly unlikely

Exactly. Panic selling doesn't show rationality. The Big Houses just gave millions to LOY-are they stupid? Insiders have been buying huge amounts-are they uninformed? Fabrice, ValuEngine and other analysts have studied the company and give it a buy rating. If anything back up your truck well you can.

I would think the CFO was ill for quite some time and the numbers didn't compute when Andrew got involved so he scrapped the audit and hired a CAP to re-do an audit. That's my thought.

6060 Interesting post. Your speculation that the financials didn't add up & they had to hire a CAP to redo an audit could be a bit troubling for shareholders & regulators That would pose another very troubling question or questions? How far back (quarters years) will they have to verify re do? You are making me feel a whole lot better sitting this one out until the financials are ...more
