I advise anyone out there to never work with BMO investorline...they re very incompetent...just a piece of advice.

I have used BMO onine investing for over 10 years....I find them to be knowledgable and competent and polite  Their hard copy paperwork is meticulous. .  I am happy with the Bank of Montreal and their trading platform.  It sure is easier to use than TD Greenline for example.  I do confess that it is not easy to consider a Bank favourably.

FYI      I had no trouble trading Loy with my cibc investors edge acct.- at first my order was pending but went through in a matter of minutes.
