Chornoboy and Ryu got some splainin' to do.....market cap now slashed by $40 million. Maybe next time hire a CFO that is fully vetted and provide support staff to ensure compliance on control and reporting issues. How dumb a CEO is Ryu? Penny wise and pound foolish...at the expense of shareholders.

Who reports to Chornoboy ie. Controller and CGAs that are suppose to get the financials organized? I'm wondering if he was all alone or not in this situation. And YUN, did you call anyone about the insider sells?

CFO is key man and his TOP priority is preparation of financials....confirmed by market loss of $40 million. The company ought to have known well in advance that preparation either was, or was not, moving in a timely manner, and brought in additional help to meet their obligations to avoid this train wreck. An ounce of prevention is a pound of cure. Their negligence is mind boggling...how can they ...more

Is it time to call in Tony Merchant? Before it is too late? In two days the financials will be overdue by 6 weeks. Hardly seems likely this is due to the CFO MIA. Bruce Campbell was right. Maybe also Muddy Waters. Sino Forest replay?
