Break-Up Value anyone?

I have back on envelope quick numbers at around 45 cents mostly based on some real estate and rent for student housing, and of course tuition fees at the main schools. Not sure how the agencies are valued/worth yet...but still, if it can get new management to cut costs and spin out the housing it will survive.

LOY paid $15.1M for these 2 agencies in Korea by cash, stock and "uncollectible" Accounts Receivable of Loyalist.  See page 20 of annual report and page 19 of Q1 report.   "Interesting to note that what LOY doesnt want owners of 3 Korean businesses took it.  Are they good friends of Ryu willing to take his garbage as cash?"
