Stock has pretty much everything bad priced in at his price, lawsuits included. If new management and new board members find no new issues (IF), then cost cutting and focus on basics (growth in students, spinning out housing etc) will make this into a ten bagger.

You know what?  There's a lot of WAY more risky and speculative plays on the Venture.  I was about to head for the biggest exchanges when this one caught my eye on volume. I'm willing to risk a few coins at 7.5 cents.  Once the turn around comes and the daytraders come in, they can pump this one back us for us.  Anything I found on the ventures appears risky this can&

Great post John Got he best chuckle of the day. Thanks So glad I sold when the financials were delayed. Better a smaller loss than lose everything. Been there too many times
