Financing

Two options being considered.

Prefference shares

Or 

Convertible debenture.

I prefer CD as no immidiate dilutiion and can subsequently be redeemed.

Anyday now is the word..

I prefer CD too. If Klerer can pull a rabbit and restore order that would be quite an accomplishment. It would be in every stakeholder's interest to try and get a deal done rather than fight over a carcass.
