TechTarget, you are right with your post.  I really don't think winfront has a complete grasp on how companies and stocks really work, especially penny stocks.  Stocks like PHM are a TA play if there is no major news.  Volume is high, it's a day trader play.  It's financials show they are overvalued although the dip in the past two weeks has brought it closer to a
