Closing price manipulated down on LRN today

You know a stock is under accumulation when someone tries to manipulate the closing price down (that impact the TA which clearly tells novices to sell here! ;-)  LOL

Stock today on higher than normal volume traded from 4.5 to 5.5 cents

A minute before closing, a TD owner pushed a sale to himself? at the bid at 4.5 cents to drive the closing to 4.5 cents instead of 5 cents with just 3000 shares or $130, cost the guy about $20 to do this. :-)  LOL

Think he's on the bid at 3.5-4.5 cents?  Yep.  Why, because this stock is worth more!

Accumulated some of this new repainted LRN thing because of the massive insider buying by a new board member. I think I'll but in a big for 4.5 cents.

There has been a TONNE of selling the past couple of weeks which is ironic as they would have completed their financials for Q3.  Since there is a lot more selling than buying, some insiders know what the financials are and it don't look good.  The end of the month after a quarter, you have to pay attention to the volume and what the volume is doing, in this case, selling.  I
