Specuhater, that's a highly unusual situation. KGIC doesn't have a presence in Ottawa. Do you have other examples?

I was just replying to what you said, which was "esl schools don't recieve governement grants" Yes there are more examples, but then I'd be doing your reasearch for you. I've already done mine. Next time you say something s a fact, you should check to see if that fact is correct, first. That is all.

I'm still looking forward to more examples of other foreign affairs grants. Has KGIC ever received one, or even applied for one? I REALLY doubt it. Grants don't mean anything in this context if they don't apply to KGIC. They don't.
