PREF SHARE FINANCING
We should hear about the closing this week.
Hearsay only, we will have to see proof but I hear insiders stepped up again.
C level management should always have large positions in the companies they run.
Makes for much greater credibility from an investor perspective.

Certainly a given mngt came thru and that Jan 15/16 PIE news interview pretty much confirmed all OKAY! Be great to see other parties joining and have an over subscribed issue. All needed on top of the OFFICIAL confirmation is another university or two joining the India ones.

Moneyday, nothing is a given until we see corporate publishing. While I feel comfortable and so do you apparently, the market does not or else we would be higher than 2.5 pennies. There's a lot here but as I have stated this story is a restart so one building block at a time. I hear there's another interview with Big Mac and a big media guy but I have yet to see it.
