The Company is also pleased to announce that the previous Forbearance Agreement with BMO is terminated and the Company plans to complete final term loan agreements with BMO in accordance with the MOU and execute aggressively its new management plan. Great news. The company is alive and moving along.

I bought 500K it simply a move to acquire 1 percent of the company it simply very cheap 1.7 million shares * .025 = 42,000
