THE GRUDGE SHOULD BE HELD AGAINST THE PREVIOUS REGIME NOT
The new regime.
Big Mac is here to fix.
He's here to revitalize a biz that died circa dec 2015.

I agree with all but one thing. You forgot a word. " He's here to attempt to revitalize a biz that died circa dec 2015. " He might not succeed. Are you prepared for that?

Great point Enigma. Yes he may indeed fail. There is no guarantee. And the way Big Mac's folks are managing IR and PR leads to that possibility. However, noting 2 insiders just dropped $775k into the recent Deb financing gives me a high level of speculative confidence. Added to this spec confidence is evidence of progress quarter over quarter in cost management.

This is all well and good, but cost management is not enough. They must show some sort of revenue growth or this stock does not move from where it is now. If there is any decrease in revenue, then the price falls. That's why I believe the next earnings report is very important.

Enigma, less or flat revenues with way higher margins works for me. Have you looked at the marketcap? The stock is still priced for failure. A profit will right the ship.

These are the players they are up against, unless I'm mistaken? Jimbo, please correct me if I'm wrong. Your input would be apreciated.

No. KGIC's competitors are privately owned companies. In this field, KGIC is an oddball.

Correct indeed. There are a few branches of much larger companies (Kaplan, EF, ST Giles) based abroad but nothing in Canada like this. So far they've proven the model doesn't work. Can someone point me to some details of 'Big Mac's ' track record turning around failing companies? Is this his specialty? Or is all the optimism just pumpers gas?

All valid questions, do you not agree? These are questions raised by someone that knows the industry. Anyone that owns the stock should be asking these very same questions. Once answered, the picture becomes much clearer for you. Be honest, and you will be rewarded.
