Im not trying to play saviour but..
Reading the release .. nothing is actually set in stone.. cibt "intends" to enforce .. they send notice of "intentions".. not actual legal documents .. also the "reciever" is only managing the day to day taskes WITHOUT any power on company assets,shares or anything else::
yeh feb 7 is judgement day for lrn.. how they can come up with 13mill to pay of debt god knows..
im just stating the obvious of the release , not suggesting they arent fked
also shares will be tradable again once halt is lifted.. shares wasnt halted by "cease order trade" but by failure to maintain xchange requirements..
if and very well the company goes belly up my best wishes to all who lost a ton..
